Due to the COVID-19 situation the Executive has decided that it would not be possible to have our normal Christmas Party this year.  This is unfortunate as it is a good opportunity to get together one last time before we head into the Club’s summer break. However, we can still get together at a Christmas Outing where we can enjoy each other’s company and still be COVID safe.

Date: Sunday 6^th December 2020

Time: From 10:45 for the start of the challenge at 11:00

Meet up location Olympic Park train station (meet out the front)

Post-challenge lunch: Bring food or use the local cafés and food outlets

·         Meet up at the green space at the other end of the Train Station (near the outside table tennis table)

·         Table tennis equipment provided

·         If it is raining, we will go to an internal eating establishment (to be determined at the time)

Challenge

·         Members have 90min to take and post up to 4 images from the Olympic Park area

·         Images to be posted to the Olympic Park Challenge folder in Cluster

·         No limit on the technology used – although using phone cameras will be the easiest

·         No limit on editing within the 90min

·         ‘Buddying up’ in the challenge is allowed

·         Running, cycling and other forms of transport to get around the park are permitted

·         All images must be posted by 12:30

·         Voting will occur over lunch – 4 votes per person.  The image with the highest number of ‘likes’ wins the challenge
