ethereal…

…it beckons

A small group from The Inner West Photographic Society they are, but all with a colossal creative talent that will blow the viewer away with their thoughts and interpretations on ethereal.

As each individual looks within themselves, they find an essence of what ethereal means. They then upend it onto art paper and encapsulate it in a frame and present it to you so that you may share in their new found belief.

ethereal is defined as, something lofty, of lightness, airiness or tenuousness. The true meaning may be something else, somewhat intangible and impalpable or it may be just somewhere else.

In this world today, we expect it all, we want it all, everything has to be black and white, and we desire and need things of solid substance so that we know who we are. We invite
your mind to wonder and allow images that will contest your thoughts and challenge you to consider something a little otherworldly, something more ethereal.

ethereal is a truly personal and thought provoking concept that will draw you in.
