It was almost standing room only at last night’s meeting as five new members (Karl, Dorothy, Sharon, Jim and Wendy) and one visitor (Patricia) boosted our numbers.

The star attraction was our guest lecturer Phil Ramsden, a most entertaining speaker who gave a very thorough, informative and lively talk on flash photography. He had a large number of flash accessories on hand to illustrate his ideas, even a voice activated light stand! Phil's presentation included interesting anecdotes and tips from his experiences as a wedding photographer, and, with Phil being such a keen Nikon fan, there was some good natured banter about Nikon v Canon!

It was without doubt a most enjoyable evening for all who attended.
