Very soon and we will be back in the hall, meeting for the first time this year.

Pop Wednesday 7th Feb 2024 in your diary and make sure you come along to hear all about our upcoming presentations, meetings and outings. Meetings will be held at the usual spot (Malvern Hill Uniting Church, Croydon), at the usual time (7.30pm).

Our newly elected president, Shaun, is channelling all his energy into working out the schedule, so you can be sure it will be an exciting year ahead.

Once we’ve caught up on what happening this year, Shaun will hand over to Jason, our Competition Secretary. Jason will run through exporting our files in a good format for competitions. Well worth listening to as he always shares some helpful tips.

On the 21st Feb we are fortunate to have Len Metcalf return as a guest speaker. Len is an experienced educator and has been running photographic tours and workshops for many years. This year, Len will present to the club about Composition. It is wonderful to have this presentation at the start of the year as it will give us time to put his concepts in to practice for all the competitions and other challenges we have lined up for our members.

Sunday 25th Feb will be our first outing of the year. We will be heading over to Sydney Uni to take in the (hopefully awesome) sunset.

All in all, a great start to the year. We sincerely hope we will see you at some of these meetings!
