Digital images should be sent to our Competition Secretary, Jason no later than 10pm on the Sunday before the competition.
As you can imagine, there is a lot of work involved to have this running smoothly, please be considerate and send your correctly sized and named files to Jason well before the deadline to ensure your entry will be included.
Prints can be brought along on the night. Please be mindful that it is a 7.30pm start, so please be considerate and ensure you arrive 5-10 mins prior to number your print and put it up on display before the meeting starts.
Non-members are not permitted to enter images into the competitions, however, are more than welcome to come along and see what we get up to.
