Since the club’s inception there has been an annual points winner in each of three categories. Originally these categories were Large Prints, Small Prints and Slides. In 2006 the Slides category was renamed “Displayed Images” to cover both slides and digital projections, although it was not until 2009 that Digital Images became a regular feature of the competition, due to delay in acquiring a suitable projector.
In 2014 a new points category was created for “First Year Entrant” to recognise the efforts of a member new to the club during the year.
Sadly with the inevitable changes in personnel over time some of this competition history has been lost. If you are a former member and can fill in any of the missing dates and winners please contact the club.
